Personal Banker- Universal- Smoky Hill and Himalaya (Banking)

Location: Onsite in Centennial, Colorado, United States

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global banking, lending, and financial solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and expand relationships through education, technology, and community partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow risk-management policies and support accurate, efficient branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically, 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; comparable education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and prioritization skills.
• Home Lending Designated Lender Certification is required for the role.
