Production Planner

Location: US-TX-Cedar Creek

Salary: $66,400–$103,750 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end supply chain and production plans balancing customer delivery requirements with inventory objectives.
• Coordinate material requirements, labor resources, and testing capacity to support production readiness and demand fulfillment.
• Manage finished-goods availability, inventory levels, supplier schedules, workflows, and planning activities through ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Parts, Customer Service, and external manufacturing partners.
• Support new product introductions, product transfers, and supply chain setup activities.
• Lead or participate in projects that improve operational performance and supply chain effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in production planning, supply chain planning, materials management, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to coordinate and influence multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting new product introductions and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of global supply chain processes and inventory management practices.
• APICS CPIM certification.
