What you will do

• Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory targets, and business priorities.
• Balance production capacity, material availability, and customer requirements to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory positions, and capacity constraints; identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure supply continuity.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning and supply review activities through data-driven recommendations and scenario analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory optimization, planning efficiency, lead times, service performance, new product introductions, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations management, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience creating and managing master production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, capacity planning, supply planning, demand forecasting, and production requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Nice to have

• APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM or CSCP.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, advanced materials, specialty chemicals, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, and inventory optimization methodologies.
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise planning systems, advanced data analysis, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience and exposure to global manufacturing operations.
