Production Planner (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity constraints.
• Adjust schedules for delays, equipment issues, and material shortages.
• Coordinate labor and equipment requirements with department leads.
• Review material requirements, maintain inventory data, and coordinate order changes with procurement.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and logistics to maintain smooth production flow.
• Monitor production performance, report delivery and capacity metrics, and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as QAD, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Epicor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Preferred experience with polymers, resins, and fillers in the electronics industry.
