Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: On-site in New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $205,000–$250,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs from conception through launch.
• Coordinate multiple engineering teams with product, design, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Improve development processes to increase efficiency, predictability, and quality.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational blockers.
• Define success metrics and help shape the TPM function, including its vision, strategy, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a complex software development environment.
• Track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment.
