Program Manager II (Private Banking)

Location: In-office in Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Charlotte, NC; or Cleveland, OH.

Salary: $91,000–$185,900 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs and project teams supporting corporate and Private Bank strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed plans, roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and operational results.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and service partners across business lines and distribution channels.
• Oversee program budgets, implementation progress, reporting, effectiveness evaluations, and recommended enhancements.
• Develop scalable operating models, service delivery frameworks, resources, and business processes for Strategic Advisory Solutions.
• Coach and develop program management professionals and high-performing teams.

Requirements

• University degree, typically a bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives from planning through execution and adoption.
• Strong program and project management, analytical, problem-solving, strategic planning, and organizational change management skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, build alignment, manage risks, and deliver concise executive communications.
• Must work in an office in one of the listed locations; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking, professional services, or a related advisory environment.
• Experience designing operating models, shared resources, or scalable service delivery processes.
