Loan Support Analyst Senior (CMBS Servicing)

What you will do

• Service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
• Process borrower requests through phone, email, and the CRE Insight portal, including registrations, address changes, audit confirmations, and rate cap reviews.
• Research and process incoming and aged funds, loan payments, escrows, reserve account disbursements, and late charge waiver requests.
• Monitor delinquencies, perform collection activities, and resolve non-compliant issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records and support loan onboarding, transfers, payoffs, tax and insurance administration, and periodic reporting.
• Review reports for exceptions, support risk mitigation, and provide specialty product guidance or training when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, commercial real estate lending, compliance requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Analytical thinking, financial analysis, due diligence, and risk mitigation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, customer interaction, decision-making, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret complex loan agreements, and maintain accurate servicing records.
• Must work in-office within the hirify.global Midland footprint; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
