Loan Servicing Support Specialist

Salary: $18.00–$30.00 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Perform loan maintenance, updates, payment processing, data entry, document preparation, escrow and tax support, and basic reconciliations.
• Process loan-related transactions according to established workflows, policies, procedures, and deadlines.
• Provide professional support to internal partners and external customers, including status updates.
• Track basic reporting metrics and collaborate with team members in a high-volume environment.
• Participate in training and cross-training to expand knowledge across Loan Support functions.
• Apply loan servicing concepts, systems, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in banking, finance, customer service, or administrative support preferred; training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, communication, and basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to follow Bank policies, procedures, the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security requirements, and other applicable regulations.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience or coursework related to banking, finance, or loan servicing.
