Project Manager, Marketing (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States; hybrid work with onsite attendance required at least 60% of the working month, approximately 3 days per week.

Salary: $138,000–$189,200 base pay annually, plus potential eligibility for a discretionary annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build and maintain intake, project tracking, approval, asset management, and file management systems for marketing operations.
• Identify repetitive work suitable for AI automation and build workflows for intake triage, status reporting, and related processes.
• Manage creative and production projects from intake and prioritization through timelines, status tracking, and delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and maintain scalable documentation and playbooks.
• Coordinate timelines and dependencies across creative, content, partner, and requesting teams while maintaining dashboards and capacity reporting.
• Support logistics and planning for brand events, activations, and offsites as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar operational role, ideally supporting brand, creative, or communications functions.
• Proven experience building or deploying AI-powered tools or workflows that reduce manual work.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, follow-through, and ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders and working styles.
• Comfort working with project management and collaboration tools such as Notion, Airtable, or Jira.

• Event planning or logistics experience.
