Marketing Operations Manager

Location: Torrance, California, United States

Salary: $82,500–$115,500 USD annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Own the Marketing organization’s project management platform, processes, and execution.
• Enforce adoption of project management systems and process flows.
• Coordinate communications across Business Development, Mission Success, Government Affairs, Engineering, Flight Test, and Legal.
• Prepare and present organization-wide status updates to senior leadership.
• Identify risks and blockers and facilitate their resolution across marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Lead post-mortems and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or project management.
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments; defense, aerospace, robotics, technology, or hardware experience is preferred.
• Systems-level thinking across inter- and intra-organizational processes and communications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate project management.
• Ability to connect stakeholders, coordinate work streams, and facilitate creative solutions.
