Senior Investor Relations Analyst (Life Sciences)

Location: US-CA-Santa Clara; option to work remotely.

Salary: $192,288–$300,450 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver strategic communications for analysts, institutional investors, and the financial press.
• Lead initiatives that shape investor perception and support executive decision-making.
• Research industry trends, peer performance, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.
• Coordinate investor events, analyst conferences, and shareholder meetings, including content development and follow-up.
• Collaborate with SEC Reporting on timely and accurate public disclosures and website postings.
• Prepare investor presentations and executive updates on market conditions, analyst sentiment, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, FP&A, or related finance leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, public company reporting, and SEC disclosure requirements.
• Experience analyzing financial performance, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and investor sentiment and translating findings into executive recommendations.
• Experience developing and presenting investor communications, earnings materials, executive presentations, and strategic messaging.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to advise executive leaders and engage external stakeholders.
