Head of Investor Relations

Location: US — Work from Home; preferred locations include San Francisco, New York City, and San Antonio.

What you will do

• Define and execute the global Investor Relations strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and long-term shareholder value creation.
• Advise the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team using market intelligence, investor feedback, and competitive insights.
• Build relationships with institutional investors, shareholders, sell-side analysts, and other capital markets stakeholders.
• Lead quarterly earnings communications, investor presentations, earnings call scripts, executive messaging, and Q&A materials.
• Plan and participate in investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst meetings, and executive presentations.
• Monitor stock performance, shareholder activity, analyst coverage, market sentiment, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience representing a publicly traded company or investment firm in Investor Relations, capital markets, corporate finance, or financial communications.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience developing strategy, leading teams, and partnering with executive leadership.
• Experience managing relationships with institutional investors, financial analysts, investment professionals, and shareholders.
• Experience leading earnings communications, investor presentations, analyst engagements, roadshows, and other capital markets communications.
• Strong understanding of SEC disclosure requirements, public company reporting, Regulation FD, corporate governance, financial analysis, and executive communication.

Nice to have

• Wall Street experience in investment banking, equity research, institutional investing, or asset management.
• Investor Relations leadership experience at a publicly traded technology company.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
