Lead Solutions Architect (Enterprise Infrastructure)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, or Cleveland, United States

Base salary: $143,000–$297,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Define technology solutions for infrastructure and platform services in partnership with platform and infrastructure engineering teams.
• Help application engineering teams adopt Office of the CTO services through solution designs, usage patterns, and standards.
• Define and incubate new CTO service solutions that address application team requirements.
• Lead a group of solution architects and develop the architecture profession.
• Transform architecture practices from drawing tools such as PowerPoint to a domain-specific, architecture-as-code approach such as LikeC4.
• Own the target architecture state for all Office of the CTO services.

Requirements

• University degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience; a bachelor's degree is listed.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience and proven leadership across a large scope of responsibility.
• Knowledge of IT architecture, hardware infrastructure, information security, network administration, network support, software testing, and system administration.
• Experience with IT service management, IT standards and policies, systems management, and technology integration.
• Employment visas are not sponsored, and STEM OPT participation is not available for this position.
