Lead System Architect (Pega)

Location: Remote, Nevada, United States

Base salary: $113,800–$176,500 annually, plus potential annual bonus or commission and other benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of enterprise Pega implementations.
• Serve as the technical authority for Pega Smart Investigate, designing payment exception and investigation workflows.
• Accelerate solution delivery with Pega Blueprint, Pega GenAI, Constellation UI, and Pega Cloud.
• Drive technical governance through guardrail compliance, design and code reviews, and performance monitoring with Pega Diagnostic Cloud.
• Mentor System Architects and advise clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect certification with extensive experience leading Pega projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of Pega case management, decisioning, integrations, security, and deployment architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in Pega Smart Investigate.
• 5–10 years of software development experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong object-oriented design knowledge.
• Experience with application servers, Java or .NET ecosystems, relational databases, and cloud platforms.
