Principal IT Solution Architect - NPI (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; hybrid in-office role at the headquarters 3 days per week

Salary: $167,000–$270,500 per year, with potential restricted stock units and bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical architecture for complex New Product Introductions and monetization models.
• Design integrations across Salesforce CRM/CPQ, SAP ERP, billing, provisioning, and licensing engines.
• Architect AI-powered Q2C workflows using LLMs, agentic frameworks, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Model data flows and maintain integrity for contract amendments, entitlement generation, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Lead technical design reviews, identify dependencies and risks, and mentor architects, developers, and engineers.
• Build proof-of-concepts for novel integrations and end-to-end workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical product management, or enterprise IT solution architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycles, Salesforce CRM/CPQ, and SAP-based billing or revenue systems.
• Strong experience with database design, data modeling, and custom business application development.
• Expertise in REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JSON/XML, and modern middleware or enterprise service buses.
• Ability to read, write, and debug Python, Java, Node, or Apex code and independently solve complex business scenarios.
