• Lead strategic direction meetings with IT and firm leadership as the business relationship manager for Firm Services.
• Design technical solutions for business problems and support project managers in creating scopes of work.
• Forecast and roadmap technologies while developing enterprise architecture standards and frameworks.
• Translate business and technical requirements into system guidelines and high-level technical requirements.
• Document architectural initiatives, conduct peer reviews, and guide implementation teams to ensure design compliance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership through coaching, development, and performance management.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
• Expertise in scalable, secure, and integrated solution architecture.
• Experience with data architecture, data pipeline development, and analytics enablement.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid architectures.
• Knowledge of system integration, API design, security, compliance, technical governance, and architectural documentation.
