Location: Remote within the United States, with occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings.

Salary: $142,300–$195,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex Home Health and dispensing pharmacy initiatives across multiple systems.
• Create and maintain reference architectures and reusable design patterns for data platforms, clinical document NLP, RPA, automation, and interoperability.
• Define integration contracts, domain boundaries, and data flows for provider data, EMR, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure platforms.
• Lead architecture checkpoints, risk reviews, governance forums, and compliance validation against security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Enable delivery by translating conceptual designs into architectural runways with measurable availability, performance, and resilience requirements.
• Communicate architectural decisions and roadmaps to executives, product, engineering, security, data, operations, and enterprise architecture stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8 years of progressive information technology experience in architecture, engineering, information security, or a related technology field.
• 5+ years of solution architecture experience in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems, including regulated HIPAA/PHI environments.
• Hands-on architecture experience with Azure services, Snowflake, and Databricks, including data platforms, identity and access management, data sharing, and secrets management.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven integration, security models, non-functional requirements, and multi-team architecture governance.
• Production experience delivering generative and agentic AI across Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS, including RAG, fine-tuning, prompt and knowledge management, and secure data integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical document NLP pipelines and RPA in Home Health workflows such as eligibility and authorization.
• Knowledge of Home Healthcare conceptual architectures, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with agent orchestration, tool and function calling, memory management, multi-agent collaboration, human-in-the-loop workflows, safety guardrails, telemetry, evaluation, and reliability patterns.
• Experience with enterprise identity and access management, Azure group governance, and portfolio governance forums such as ARB, TRB, and MOR.

• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with remote work and occasional office travel.
