hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of regular audit and assurance services for assigned clients.
• Plan engagement timing, staffing, and execution, while managing decisions, budgets, deadlines, and progress.
• Lead client communications, including engagement terms, fee estimates, ongoing management attention, and final client meetings.
• Evaluate internal controls and audit programs, revising them as needed for principal approval.
• Develop and mentor audit staff through recruiting, assignment planning, problem resolution, consultation, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Keep the Engagement Principal informed of major decisions, developments, conclusions, and recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience with emphasis on financial statement preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Current CPA license.
• Ability to travel to client sites, including overnight travel when required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
