Virtual Sales Representative - Neurology - Remote

Location: Remote role eligible for hire in select U.S. locations

Salary: USD 65,000–85,000 yearly

What you will do

• Complete advanced product training covering neurology disease states, product features, benefits, and core selling messages.
• Conduct outbound virtual calls with healthcare providers and medical office support staff.
• Meet or exceed client-defined call expectations, sales attainment goals, and measurable territory results.
• Educate customers about neurology and epilepsy products and relevant patient education materials and programs.
• Process sample and literature requests, investigate shipments, and coordinate with field specialty teams to support product availability.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback on team leadership and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in an outbound virtual sales role.
• Ability to explain complex clinical data and communicate persuasively with physicians and medical office staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software.
• Excellent communication, rapport-building, and independent working skills.
• Stable internet connection suitable for VoIP calls and virtual call platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in neurology disease areas.
• REMS experience.
• Veeva CRM or other CRM experience.
