Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure

hirify.global develops the Omnipod wearable insulin management product platform for people with insulin-requiring diabetes and is expanding its global operations.

What you will do

• Lead globally distributed infrastructure teams across systems administration, networking, cloud engineering, and site reliability engineering.
• Execute global infrastructure strategy and assess regional environments for risks, inefficiencies, standardization, and optimization opportunities.
• Manage backup and recovery strategies, infrastructure security controls, enterprise networking services, and operational resilience.
• Drive observability, monitoring, reliability engineering, ITIL-based service management, and continuous improvement.
• Define and track infrastructure KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs; use data for capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Provide hands-on leadership during critical incidents and deliver executive reporting on service health, risks, and transformation progress.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 5+ years in leadership roles supporting global operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix system administration, enterprise and WAN networking, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Experience with disaster recovery, backup management, infrastructure and cloud security, and multi-region cloud deployments using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with DevOps and automation, SRE practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Cloud, ITIL, networking, CISSP, or CISM certifications.
• Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
