What you will do

• Lead the overall infrastructure group, encompassing Data Center operations, Service Desk, Network, Telephony, and End User Computing.
• Set the strategic vision for the architecture, design, and implementation of a hybrid technology environment.
• Partner with the CISO to maintain HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 Type II, and NIST compliance across all domains.
• Define and execute a 3–5 year infrastructure roadmap aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals.
• Manage annual infrastructure budget planning for capital and operational expenditures.
• Drive ITIL-aligned service delivery including incident, problem, change, and capacity management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure in healthcare, life sciences, or a similarly regulated industry.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), enterprise networking, and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and NIST regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
