Sr Director, Infrastructure (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Lewisville, Texas, United States; up to 25% travel.

What you will do

• Lead the global IT infrastructure organization across data centers, service desk, networking, telephony, and end-user computing.
• Set the architecture, design, implementation, and operating strategy for a hybrid technology environment.
• Define and execute a 3–5 year infrastructure roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
• Oversee vulnerability management, patching, disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity planning, and infrastructure resiliency.
• Drive ITIL-aligned service delivery, SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, executive dashboards, and monthly operations reviews.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, strategic vendors, MSPs, technology partners, contracts, and global team development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical management experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus enterprise networking, virtualization, storage, servers, and databases.
• Demonstrated success leading global teams and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 Type II, NIST, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, business acumen, organization, and change leadership skills.
