What you will do

• Lead the global infrastructure group, including Data Center operations, Service Desk, Network, and End User Computing.
• Define and execute a 3–5 year infrastructure roadmap aligned with enterprise business goals.
• Partner with the CISO to maintain HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 Type II, and NIST compliance.
• Manage annual infrastructure budget for capital and operational expenditures.
• Drive ITIL-aligned service delivery for incident, problem, and change management.
• Manage strategic vendors, MSPs, and technology partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure in healthcare, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), virtualization, and storage technologies.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and NIST regulatory frameworks.
• Must be based in Lewisville, Texas
