TL;DR
PMO Analyst (Federal Technology Programs): Supporting the coordination, reporting, scheduling, and contract deliverables of an Intelligence Community modernization program with an accent on Integrated Master Schedules, program tracking, and customer-facing documentation. Focus on coordinating CDRLs, maintaining risks and milestones, preparing program reviews, and supporting cost, schedule, and performance reporting.

Location: Client site in Reston, Virginia; must be local to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and work onsite in customer SCIF environments at least four days per week. Approximately 5% travel within the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region is required.

Salary: $74,700–$120,000 per year

What you will do

  • Support the Program Manager with day-to-day program coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate, review, track, and submit Contract Data Requirements List deliverables.
  • Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, program trackers, milestones, risks, issues, actions, decisions, and dependencies.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, meeting materials, customer briefings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Support customer-facing program reviews and milestone events, including SRR, PDR, CDR, and quarterly reviews.
  • Maintain program documentation and support cost, schedule, performance, and Earned Value Management reporting.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active TS clearance is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI access and a CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting federal government programs, technology projects, or similar complex initiatives.
  • Experience with program coordination, status reporting, schedule tracking, deliverable coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; familiarity with Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.

Nice to have

  • CAPM certification.
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of Defense programs.
  • Experience with enterprise technology, ERP, or HCM implementation programs.
  • Experience with CDRLs, Integrated Master Schedules, risk tracking, dependency tracking, or EVM concepts.
  • Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, or OEM partners.
