TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and manage major subsystems, projects, and programs from ideation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, identifying critical paths and resolving roadblocks.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely parts release and implementation.
  • Partner with engineers to implement robust processes, including Design Reviews, DFMEA, CAE, and DVPRs.
  • Drive root cause analysis and the implementation of permanent corrective actions for engineering concerns.
  • Oversee the change control process and support budget forecasting and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical or management role within a technical sector.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, SmartSheets, or MS Project.
  • Must be based in Garden Grove, CA.

Nice to have

  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Startup experience.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira or CAD.
  • Domain knowledge in EV powertrains, ADAS, or electrical system design.
