Technical Program Manager (EV)

What you will do

• Own major subsystems, projects, and programs from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans for product improvements and coordinate engineering milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify critical paths, risks, roadblocks, parts shortages, and resource constraints, then develop mitigation plans.
• Lead weekly Product Development Team meetings and support design reviews, DFMEA, CAE, and DVPR processes.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, product improvements, and change-control execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical or management role within a technical sector.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Experience with SmartSheet or MS Project.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and contribute beyond primary responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Automotive experience or startup experience.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and CAD.
• Knowledge of vehicle hardware integration, electrical systems, automotive electronics, EV powertrains, ADAS, or vehicle software and controls.
