Project/Program Manager, Web and Digital - Contract

Salary: $118,900–$172,200 USD per year for the Bay Area, with additional incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of web, digital, and marketing technology projects from discovery and requirements through launch and post-launch support.
• Manage website redesigns, content migrations, platform upgrades, digital experience enhancements, analytics, personalization, marketing automation, and AI-powered search or chatbot initiatives.
• Translate business and marketing needs into technical requirements, user stories, development tickets, acceptance criteria, and launch-readiness plans.
• Coordinate Marketing, IT, web development, architecture, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, support, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, agencies, implementation partners, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation.
• Communicate project status, issues, risks, decisions, and recommendations to project teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, communications, operations, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, web operations, digital marketing, marketing technology, IT delivery, or a related area.
• Experience managing websites, digital platforms, software implementations, system integrations, or technology-enabled marketing programs.
• Experience working with IT, web development, engineering, or other technical teams and translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Understanding of digital project lifecycles, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; experience with project management tools and Microsoft collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate websites, digital transformation, marketing technology, content management systems, APIs, cloud platforms, analytics, personalization, or marketing automation.
• Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, data privacy, cybersecurity, website performance, release management, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments and with external agencies or technology vendors.
• Experience supporting global, enterprise-scale, or multilingual websites, particularly in semiconductor, software, engineering, or technical B2B industries.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or related certification.
