Sr. Program Manager (LP Team)

What you will do

• Define and finalize project and implementation scope, delivery plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal, client, and third-party resources to deliver implementations on time and to quality standards.
• Produce weekly status reports, lead status meetings, and facilitate steering committee meetings with client decision-makers and senior management.
• Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and coordinate transitions between Sales, Global Delivery, Client Services, and Development.
• Identify and implement continuous service improvements while managing multiple concurrent implementations with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management and software implementation experience with external clients.
• Strong financial services background, including investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, insurance, fintech, asset management, or securities and financial markets.
• Knowledge of investment accounting and reporting, private investments, RNFs, LIHTC, IRR calculations, and LP/GP relationships in private markets.
• Experience managing projects in a matrix reporting environment and implementing software solutions.
• Expert proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Monday.com or Clarizen, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in finance or accounting, with strong communication, documentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, CPA, or CFA certification.
• Consulting experience.
• Experience managing a team of 7–15 people.
