SAP SF Compensation (SuccessFactors)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for compensation and rewards processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Design annual compensation review cycles covering merit, promotion, adjustments, and bonus planning.
• Configure compensation worksheets, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, planner permissions, templates, route maps, and workflows.
• Configure Variable Pay plans, bonus calculations, and payout formulas.
• Support integrations with Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll, as well as testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• At least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation implementation.
• Strong understanding of compensation and rewards processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
