SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Location: Remote throughout Germany; service region includes Germany, France, and Switzerland.

What you will do

• Act as the central contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Analyze customer requirements and design comprehensive end-to-end processes across relevant SuccessFactors modules.
• Define integration scenarios with systems such as SAP S/4HANA and coordinate them within the overall architecture.
• Present system architectures to customers and other stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for customers and project teams.
• Collaborate with module leads, consultants, developers, and project managers to support smooth implementations.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
• Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities, ideally including SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM.
• Experience leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and present them confidently to diverse stakeholders.
