SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant (EC, Time)

What you will do

• Implement robust SAP SuccessFactors solutions focused on Employee Central and Employee Central Time Management.
• Advise clients on SAP best practices, innovations, and the SuccessFactors product roadmap.
• Lead process walkthroughs and align client HR processes with solution functionality.
• Design and configure SuccessFactors systems for successful implementations.
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions for key users.
• Transfer knowledge to customers and application maintenance teams while collaborating with the international Cloud Business Line.

Requirements

• Experience leading at least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Time Management.
• SuccessFactors Associate Employee Central certification.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for working with senior client stakeholders.
• Good understanding of HR processes and conversational and written English at B2–C1 level.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage personal responsibilities.
• Willingness to stay current with SAP technologies and continuously improve processes.
