Global SAP SF Compensation & Talent Management Consultant (In-house)

What you will do

• Lead global SAP SuccessFactors Compensation initiatives and system enhancements.
• Support and optimize Performance & Goals and Succession & Development modules.
• Support annual compensation reviews and bonus planning processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Conduct workshops with global HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders.
• Drive global rollouts, integrations, system improvements, and related projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Hands-on experience with Compensation and Performance & Goals Management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations or global rollout projects.
• Understanding of compensation, performance, and talent management processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required. A degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification is expected.

• SAP SuccessFactors certification.
