What you will do
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, and deployment.
- Partner with HR Business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical system solutions.
- Manage and guide team members to ensure project delivery and operational stability.
- Resolve system and process gaps by proposing and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SuccessFactors partners and SAP for ticket escalation.
- Support AI-related initiatives within the SuccessFactors platform.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration.
- 5+ years of experience in people management.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end implementations in Employee Central, Recruiting, RMK, or Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience with security and role-based permissions (RBP) design and troubleshooting.
- Must be based in Shugart, Singapore.
