Manager (HRIS - SAP SuccessFactors) (SAP SuccessFactors): Leading end-to-end HRIS initiatives, configuring and supporting Employee Central, Recruiting, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0 solutions with an accent on stakeholder management, system configuration, and implementation delivery. Focus on managing SuccessFactors platform operations, resolving complex system and process issues, and guiding teams across global HR technology programs.
Location: Shugart, Singapore. Travel: None.

What you will do
- Lead or project manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, UAT, and deployment.
- Translate HR stakeholder needs into practical system and technical solutions.
- Manage and guide team members supporting project delivery and ongoing HRIS operations.
- Assess system and process gaps, resolve issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with SuccessFactors partners and SAP on ticket resolution and escalations.
- Support Employee Central, Recruiting, RMK, Onboarding 2.0, tenant operations, integrations, and SuccessFactors AI initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 8–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience.
- At least 5 years of people management experience.
- End-to-end implementation experience with one or more of Employee Central, Recruiting, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Central security and role-based permissions, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, notifications, and benefits programs.
- Experience supporting Recruiting, RMK, Onboarding 2.0, IAS/IPS, Integration Center, tenant provisioning, and tenant refresh processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, issue assessment, and ambiguity-management skills.
