SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant (EC, Times) German Speaker

Location: Fully remote, with listed locations in Spain and Poland.

What you will do

• Implement robust SAP SuccessFactors solutions focused on Employee Central and Employee Central Time Management.
• Advise clients on SAP best practices, innovations, and the SuccessFactors product roadmap.
• Lead client process walkthroughs and align business requirements with system functionality.
• Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users.
• Support knowledge transfer and collaborate with international colleagues across the Cloud Business Line.

Requirements

• At least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management.
• SuccessFactors Associate certification in Employee Central or Time Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior client stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and a proactive, autonomous working style.
• Fluent German and a high level of English are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing environment focused on continuous improvement.

• Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules.
