Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Finance

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with business leads on annual planning, quarterly forecasting, long-term planning, and allocation processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reviews, performance reports, variance analyses, and KPI reporting for business unit and SG&A leaders.
• Review P&L data during financial close periods and safeguard the accuracy and integrity of forecasts.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenditures, capital, cash prepaid expenses, amortization, cross-business-unit allocations, and revenue retention.
• Collaborate with accounting teams on accurate subscription revenue recognition and with the PMO on project roadmaps, staffing capacity, contingent labor, capital, and expenses.
• Conduct complex financial research, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and lead productivity and operating-cost improvement projects.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred; MBA desired.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting expertise.
• Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet modeling skills.
• Experience with IT budgets, licensing, infrastructure, headcount, and project financials.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and provide decision-making insights.
