Financial Analyst, Global Fixed Broadband

Location: Hybrid, site-based role in Carlsbad, California; employees must work from the Carlsbad office at least 3 days (60%) per week, with the remaining days remote. US citizenship is required.

Salary: $63,000–$99,500 annually. For specific work locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $78,500–$117,500 annually.

What you will do

• Support COGS financial reporting for the US geography of Global Fixed Broadband.
• Analyze operational expenses, trends, variances, and key cost drivers across Customer Care, Field Operations, Logistics, and Billing.
• Coordinate quarterly budgeting and update monthly rolling forecasts for supported business units.
• Prepare financial reports, business review materials, and management roll-ups.
• Initiate, submit, and track purchase orders through the internal approval process to support accurate cost accruals.
• Partner with customer support, operations, finance, and business stakeholders to drive initiatives and optimize operational spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of FP&A or corporate financial analysis experience, preferably supporting operations, supply chain, or customer service.
• Strong analytical skills, including KPI development, performance assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• US citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial forecasting software such as Hyperion or Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with SQL and ERP or procurement tools such as Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and communicating actionable conclusions.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables accurately under tight deadlines.
