What you will do

• Perform monthly close processes and conduct variance analysis.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and quarterly business review decks.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures to optimize portfolio best practices.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and finance teams on contracts and billing.
• Generate performance metrics to support regional management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or controllership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and CMMS (Corrigo preferred).
• Must be located in or able to work in Boston, MA.
