Senior Analyst (Finance)

Location: Hybrid role in Boston, Massachusetts, USA

Salary: $93,500–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage contracts by activating contractual levers to improve margins, mitigate risk, and increase operational flexibility.
• Perform monthly close processes, variance analysis, budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, quarterly business review decks, and performance metrics.
• Support client services with master data forms, billing matters, and accounting concepts.
• Create standard operating procedures, identify portfolio best practices, and help ensure process compliance.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, regional managers, clients, and administrative teams on risks, opportunities, expectations, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, controllership, or administrative operations.
• Contract controllership experience is required.
• Experience with basic accounting concepts, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards is preferred, and experience with CMMS such as Corrigo is preferred.

• CPA or MBA.
• Experience with JD Edwards or Corrigo.
