Sr. Analyst- TA Operations, Analytics and Campus Programs

What you will do

• Administer Workday Recruiting workflows, process updates, documentation, testing, and data-quality activities.
• Analyze recruiting pipelines, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, offer outcomes, and other Talent Acquisition metrics.
• Translate recruiting data into business insights and recommendations that improve hiring operations.
• Coordinate campus recruiting programs, including university partnerships, event registration, travel logistics, interview schedules, materials, and follow-up activities.
• Support virtual and on-campus recruiting events through candidate communications, interviewer coordination, and execution.
• Evaluate recruiting technologies, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and vendor services while monitoring adoption and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Campus Recruiting, or a related function.
• 3+ years supporting ATS and HRIS platforms, preferably Workday Recruiting, including workflow administration, reporting, and data-quality management.
• 3+ years creating, maintaining, and analyzing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics using Excel or similar tools.
• Experience supporting campus recruiting programs, career fairs, university events, interview coordination, or early-career hiring.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating career fair logistics, university partnerships, recruiting travel, event registration, and recruiting materials.
• Knowledge of recruiting funnel metrics, Talent Acquisition KPIs, and campus recruiting analytics.
• Experience with recruiting technologies, CRM platforms, workflow automation tools, or AI-enabled recruiting solutions.
• Ability to translate Talent Acquisition strategy into operational execution and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
