Workday Contractor - Recruiting / Learning Modules

Location: Remote within the United States, with primary location in San Jose, California and additional locations in Arizona, Austin, Texas, Georgia, New Jersey, and Oregon.

Salary: $91.8K–$132.9K USD annually, plus incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Assess and optimize Workday Recruiting and Learning processes, workflows, and business processes.
• Reduce manual administrative work and improve recruiter, HR, hiring manager, candidate, and learner experiences.
• Streamline requisition approvals, candidate movement, interview scheduling, onboarding, learning assignments, certifications, and curriculum management.
• Build dashboards and reports covering time-to-fill, recruiter capacity, offer acceptance, learning completion, compliance training, and employee development.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities across recruiting, onboarding, and learning operations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS, HR Operations, and business leaders to develop a long-term Workday optimization roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday Recruiting and/or Workday Learning Modules experience.
• Strong expertise in recruiting workflows, learning administration, Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Demonstrated success driving process improvement, automation, system adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, project execution, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro Recruiting or Learning certification.
• Experience supporting global recruiting organizations.
• Experience with GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other recruiting technologies.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and Talent Acquisition best practices.
• Technology or semiconductor industry experience.
