Senior Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst (Power Platform & Azure)

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
• Design and document technical architectures across multiple platforms, including integrations and authentication.
• Gather requirements, analyze customer needs, and lead planning, design, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance activities.
• Develop, test, and deploy application releases, updates, and modifications.
• Define and manage CI/CD and release management processes for Dynamics 365 initiatives.
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex application issues, and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power Pages.
• 3+ years of architecture and data architecture experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Communications, APIs, CI/CD, and release management.
• 5+ years of Azure DevOps, infrastructure, network, application support, and technical customer service analyst experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
