Analyst, HR Ops Security & Apps

Location: Fully remote from a non-hirify.global worksite, with the ability to commute weekly, typically one day per week, to either Universal City, California or New York, New York. Must be available during Eastern Time business hours and provide occasional evening or weekend on-call support for critical implementations and go-live events.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Process HR application access requests and maintain accurate user provisioning, deprovisioning, configuration, and authorizations.
• Troubleshoot access issues and conduct quarterly security audits and user access reviews for data security and SOX compliance.
• Gather requirements, design and test security roles, create audit reports and queries, and support recurring HR processes.
• Analyze requirements for new HR applications and enhancements, translate them into functional design documents, and coordinate releases with HR and IT stakeholders.
• Support end users through training, guidelines, documentation, and application-related issue resolution.
• Participate in system implementations and process improvement projects from requirements and design through testing and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of HRIS-related experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience with SAP HCM modules and/or SAP SuccessFactors talent modules.
• Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours and commute weekly to either the Universal City, California or New York, New York office.
