TL;DR
HRIS Administrator: Supporting, optimizing, and scaling the HR technology ecosystem with an accent on data integrity, system configuration, and cross-functional process automation. Focus on maintaining the HRIS as the source of truth, building advanced reporting dashboards, and bridging gaps between HR, Finance, and IT teams.
Location: Remote (NOAM - North America)
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

What you will do
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot the HRIS platform to ensure operational efficiency.
- Streamline HR business processes to improve the overall employee experience.
- Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR and business stakeholders.
- Conduct recurring data audits to ensure integrity and consistency across people systems.
- Monitor system integrations and proactively troubleshoot failures.
- Maintain data access controls and support compliance governance.
Requirements
- Must be based in North America (NOAM).
- Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting a major HRIS platform like Workday, UKG, BambooHR, or Rippling.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Foundational knowledge of HR, Payroll, and global compliance regulations like GDPR.
- Experience monitoring system integrations and diagnosing root causes of errors.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience building or maintaining automated data pipelines using APIs, Workato, or similar integration platforms.
