Sr. Program Services Manager - Capital Equipment

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of capital equipment sourcing programs.
• Manage program structures, processes, procedures, operations, and quality assurance.
• Track participation, enrollment, financial incentives, contract utilization, deliverables, and other success metrics.
• Develop promotional materials and training resources and educate internal and external clients on program components.
• Partner with clients, suppliers, sales, contracting teams, and leadership to support onboarding, sales opportunities, business reviews, councils, and panel meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities, resolve complex client and supplier issues, and develop scalable program capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• A relevant degree is preferred.
