Sr. Program Manager, Business Systems & Tooling (Fintech)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid with four days per week in the office. No required office days during the summer and winter holidays.

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 annual base salary, with possible variable compensation through a company incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Embed with stakeholder teams to understand workflows, priorities, tooling, and pain points.
• Identify opportunities for tooling improvements, automation, and operational best practices.
• Translate stakeholder needs into scoped, documented work with clear success criteria alongside engineering leads and architects.
• Own the Business Systems & Tooling roadmap, intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and status communication.
• Evaluate salestech tools and support vendor assessments, procurement, and renewals.
• Guide build-versus-buy decisions by assessing total cost, integration complexity, and maintenance burden.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, business systems analysis, or a similar role between business and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and the surrounding go-to-market systems ecosystem, including CPQ, enrichment, engagement, and integration tooling.
• Experience with complex, multi-product go-to-market environments and interconnected CRM, salestech, and product systems.
• Ability to turn ambiguous stakeholder requests into scoped, prioritized, well-documented work.
• Strong stakeholder and engineering communication, prioritization, writing, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools for self-service analysis of system and business data.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor evaluation, procurement, or renewal processes.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Exposure to marketing automation or martech platforms such as Braze or HubSpot.
