Salary: $140,000–$170,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for bonus pay.

What you will do

• Lead sustaining portfolio strategy and governance by collecting, prioritizing, and managing product initiatives.
• Coordinate priorities and resources across R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Product Management, and Commercial teams.
• Develop project plans, define scope and success criteria, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver initiatives against quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Manage product lifecycle and obsolescence risks involving components, suppliers, technologies, and platforms.
• Lead responses to quality, supply, product, and production issues affecting customers, manufacturing, or revenue.
• Use product-health metrics, reporting, lessons learned, and roadmaps to drive continuous improvement and organizational learning.

Requirements

• Experience leading product lifecycle, obsolescence management, or sustaining engineering portfolios.
• Experience with manufacturing continuity, supply-chain risk mitigation, and business continuity planning.
• Ability to develop portfolio strategies, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and long-term sustaining plans.
• Experience with regulated products, change management, and lifecycle management processes.
• Experience applying Visual Project Management frameworks.
• PMP certification or an advanced technical or business degree.
