Credentialing / Enrollment Senior Associate (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support credentialing operations for Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, therapists, and Registered Dietitians.
• Own the end-to-end payer enrollment application cycle for new and existing providers.
• Streamline credentialing and enrollment workflows through process improvements, automation suggestions, and new tools.
• Develop and implement detailed SOPs for payer enrollment and provider credentialing processes.
• Track credentialing and enrollment metrics, report progress and roadblocks, and improve reporting quality.
• Support dietitians and payers, manage Registered Dietitian credentialing communications, and collaborate with RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payer enrollment and/or credentialing.
• Familiarity with payer enrollment, credentialing, payer, and accreditation requirements across multiple provider types.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools.
• Flexibility and adaptability when handling new challenges and changing circumstances.
