Senior People Operations Generalist, EMEA (Automotive AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid with office attendance three days per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day People Operations for Ireland and support the wider EMEA region.
• Implement global People programs covering performance cycles, salary reviews, engagement surveys, recognition, and retention.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Partner with Finance and benefits providers on payroll processing and employee benefits.
• Support employee relations and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
• Manage visa, permit, and relocation processes for international hires and transfers with external immigration providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, preferably in technology companies.
• Strong knowledge of EU labor laws, with expertise in Ireland, France, and Germany.
• Experience managing People Operations processes across multiple countries and cultures.
• Experience using AI, automation, and analytics to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and enable data-driven operations.
• Legally authorized to work in Ireland.
• Startup experience is required.
