Maintenance Technician III - 1st, 2nd, 3rd & Weekend Shifts (Manufacturing)

Location: Sanford, North Carolina, United States; onsite work across 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed. Weekend, holiday, and plant-shutdown support may be required.

Salary: $28.35–$35.45 per hour. Starting rates are $28.35/hour for 1st shift and $30.62/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment using the computerized maintenance management system.
• Respond to work orders, provide customer feedback, and ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Perform reparative maintenance and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery and components.
• Follow job hazard analysis, lockout/tagout, PPE, and other safety procedures.
• Work independently and train other technicians as needed.
• Support weekend, holiday, overtime, installation, and plant-shutdown activities.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of cumulative industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility, including corrective, preventive, and testing work.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, work at heights of up to 30 feet, and perform frequent walking, squatting, and bending.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and equipment diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical machine components, electrical control circuits, servo motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting PLCs, hoists, and cranes.
• Successful completion of an online assessment, interview, background check, drug screen, and medical review is required.
