Salary: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on processing equipment including crushers, screens, conveyors, and mills.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain and repair mobile equipment such as loaders, trucks, and rail equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities and inspections accurately within the CMMS.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are readily available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial sensors, and actuators.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Basic welding skills and proficiency in troubleshooting automated systems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Randolph, MN, including rooftop work and lifting up to 60 lbs.
