Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the UK or Ireland

Salary: £73,000–£77,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Deliver the hirify.global Accelerator onboarding program for new customers and help them achieve fast time to value.
• Build trusted customer relationships from sales handoff through implementation and value realization.
• Create implementation plans aligned with customer goals, track progress, and adapt plans as needed.
• Develop customer champions and advocate for customer needs across Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other teams.
• Identify implementation risks, create action plans, and manage multiple customers and projects with limited oversight.
• Document customer value through case studies, use cases, success metrics, and adoption tracking.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements, including SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST assessments, and/or 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar role.
• Strong consulting skills and a record of helping complex organizations achieve business value.
• Project management proficiency with the ability to prioritize multiple customers, projects, and requests independently.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence change and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ownership, bias toward action, problem-solving ability, and commitment to collaborative teamwork.
• Must be based in the UK or Ireland for this remote role.
