Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: US-Remote; occasional work outside normal business hours may be required to support customers.

Salary: New York City $100,000–$131,000; Remote, Premium $90,000–$118,000; Remote, Standard $86,000–$113,000, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead the technical integration of hirify.global for small to enterprise customers.
• Conduct discovery and document implementation requirements.
• Research technical solutions for complex customer integrations.
• Manage the implementation lifecycle from pre-sales and scoping through go-live.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while coordinating with sales, operations, and support teams.
• Recommend product features based on customer implementation feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions.
• Experience managing demanding, high-stakes accounts and operational and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with data validation, unit testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with sFTP automation and API builds, including log review and troubleshooting.
• Strong written communication, presentation, prioritization, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

• Experience with HCM, payroll, and time management systems.
• Experience with Dell Boomi or similar products.
• Experience in early-stage products, markets, or companies.
