Delivery Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: New York City office, with collaboration in the Hudson Square office 4 days per week

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Lead strategic and enterprise deployments from kickoff through customer adoption.
• Plan and manage deployment timelines, issues, risks, and deadlines across a portfolio.
• Create customer training materials and personally train users on hirify.global products.
• Partner with Platform Strategists to design workflows that maximize return on investment.
• Create quarterly business reviews that demonstrate product value to customer leadership.
• Translate technical complexity for executives and frontline operators while driving stakeholder accountability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS implementation is preferred.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on schedule.
• Ability to connect deployments with business outcomes and long-term account growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
